JOB DESCRIPTION: •Architectural design for the Dubai mall “Pre-cast concrete, GRC Items”.•Monitoring, controlling and ensuring that approved project schedules in design, production and erection are followed•Coordinating and supervising the work of steel sub-contractors•Representing company in site meetings with consultant and main contractor•trained 4 new employees, 2 of whom were rapidly promoted•Prepare detailed drawings, fixing details and cladding system components

Study and Prepare the detailed concept drawings of all precast/pre-stressed, Hollow Core slabs & GRC elements to be produced and submit them for Consultant’s approval.Concept drawings for precast/GRC elements shall include layout, elevations, sections and dimensional details; rebar arrangement, position of lifting hooks and schedule of quantities of each type of precast elements. After getting approvals preparing the Shop drawings and sending to the factory for Mould preparation and casting as well. Site Supervision if required.coordinating with factory and site managers and supervisors.coordinating with sub-contractors

Preparing the Detailed Concept drawings, and after checking send for Approval to the consultant. After getting the Approval , Preparing the Fabrication drawings for each Precast Elements, and send to the factory for casting.
