Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.v. Responsible for analyzing the original status of the project and to find the CPM (critical path method) and WBS (work break down structure).vi. Attend and reply technical/commercial queries receiving from client.vii. Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous Liability.viii. Pushing contractors, subcontractors and consultants for timely completion of works.ix. Strict follow up of Snagging and handing over of project.x. Ensuring the works are carried out as per the project specifications and contracts.

Nha Multan Inner Circle Ring Road Package-I (Level-I & Ii ) Fly Over

i. Responsible for performing inspections of site construction, nondestructive examinations, testing, and the review of associated quality control documentation to ensure that equipment and materials are manufactured in accordance with applicable codes, client and project specifications and standards while controlling their activities against budgeted hours.ii. Familiarizes self with specifications, drawings, correspondence, and any other technical aspects of the Inspection Book.iii. Responsible for checking of formwork and reinforcement as per drawings and specifications, supervision of concrete placement and ensuring strict quality control at site, checking of Contractor’s Interim Payment Certificates according to the work done.iv. Responsible for incorporating the various instructions and modifications in the construction drawings, which are required for the preparation of As Built drawings.v. Performs inspections as outlined in the Inspection Plan and project requirements. Issus non-conformance reports (NCRs) for non-conforming work, materials or equipment.vi. Prepares and issues inspection reports per company and project requirements.vii. Performs inspections within an established budget and maintaining an ongoing status of hours used and hours remaining.viii. Issues Inspection Release when material, equipment or fabricated item is acceptable and released from inspection.
