Organization deals with Smart Phones, eg: Black Berry, Apple Products, Wiko, Nokia, Accessories.ERP USED- ORACLE E- Business Suite.Key Result Areas: • Serving as Single point of contact for all aspects of warehouse operations (planning, monitoring, implementation & follow-up) including storekeeping and inventory operations• Responsible for processing orders/issuing stock based on the requisitions and pick requests with the defined process• Involved in maintaining 100% accurate inventory levels at all times; piloting weekly physical inventory count with 8 Van Sales Team, resolving discrepancies, if any• Involved in verifying & maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing stock from Store• Processing GRN in Oracle for all incoming shipments.(Main Aramax Wh & Stores)• Preparing and transferring stock from Warehouse & loading them in 7 Vans• Synchronizing with 3rd party logistics (Aramax) for all SO, transfers, inbound & outbound shipments• Accountable for:o Processing all SO for key distributers, e.g. Panda, Carrefour, Extra, Emax, etc. based on PO receivedo Sending picks to Warehouse (Aramax) from Oracle.o Uploading IMEI numbers o Releasing SO after receiving confirmation from Credit Control Teamo Following up with Aramax for Shipments dispatched to KDR & Wholesale, request POD (purchase Order Delivery) Documents for the same• Accepting cash on daily basis from Sales Team, while checking the same with provided invoices• Handling reconciliation of inventory at Apple showrooms• Formulating Stock On Hand Report ,Ageing Report, Reconciling Inventory Reports and communicating the same to senior management• Preparing Dispatch of Stocks when required from Warehouse to other Braches.( Both Physically & by Oracle)

Controlling and managing all inventory & warehouse activity for 4 warehouses across KSA.(Jeddah,Riyadh,Dammam,Abha) Defining Minimum / Maximum & Reorder Levels based on past consumption. Evaluating inventory levels and notifying purchase department when items are below MSL and making request to them for the same. Working on a web based ERP EBIZ (Oracle based) Maintains records, replenishes stock, and plans for future requirements based on orders, production schedules and forecasts. Coordinating with Purchase team, Area Managers, regarding stock related issues on regular basis. Making distribution of all incoming shipments, by comparing current stock & pervious sales history of all regions. Preparing various kinds of reports as per management request for item wise/brand wise sales and other stock related issues. Defining standard operating procedures for all Inventories and warehousing activities. Responsible for annual inventory count at all the showrooms and warehouses. Supervise, direct and monitor planning of inventory to meet demand plans, and maintaining quick response replenishment process in order to lower costs and improve efficiency and product availability in warehouses for production and site requirement. Analyze Inventory Aging Reports and provide feedback to the respective Country Manager & Area Managers on the disposal of the same. Preparing a summarize report for ageing stock as requested, in order to highlight slow and non-moving items and liquidate the same through proper planning. Warehouse Responsibilities. Delegate work assignment to the warehouse staff and supervise the functions of all warehouse employees. Issuing of items as per Invoice issued received from concerned Departments. Responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing items are in good condition as per the specs ordered. Implement and ensure that the “First In First Out” (FIFO) system in the warehouse is being followed.
