As a Front of House Team Leader, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. My key roles and responsibilities include:1. Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring that all guests and visitors receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. Memorised over 50+menu items and rotating specials in order to give customized recommendations to guests. 3. Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.4. Training and Development: Conducting regular training and development session for front of house staff to enhance their skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Providing ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.5. Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and taking necessary actions to address them.6. Communication and Coordination: Coordinated with the waitstaff, kitchen and managers to ensure each guest was assigned and satisfied with their service.7.
