Monitoring the quantities of various construction key activities versus the quantity of material consumed at site.11. Handling subcontractors on various features such as scope,time, quantity, quality, and their work front analysis as well.12. Close coordination with HSE department for critical activities involving confined space, contaminated soil, H2S gas,dewatering, unstable soil conditions, etc.13. Coordinating with quality team for various units for completing quality dossiers, surveillance notice and NCRs.14. Adhering to RFI timelines and reducing rejection rate.15. Handling and closing punch list of the project.
