As part of the Imerys Cash Excellence Program, I lead and contribute to designing and rolling out inventory optimization methodology for manufacturing plants in EMEA & the Americas.Key Responsibilities:1. Deployment of Methodology:- Deploy appropriate optimization methods to design and implement inventory optimization solutions while considering operational constraints.- Conduct workshops & analyses to identify key levers and initiatives for inventory improvement and synthesize conclusions into recommendations to sites.2. Change Management:- Lead structural transformations for inventory management across multiple sites simultaneously.- Partner with site directors to align on change implementation, sequencing, and roadmap execution.- Manage change processes to ensure seamless adoption of new methodologies.- Design training materials, synthesize best practices, and facilitate webinars to drive organizational cultural transformation.3. Team Leadership and Empowerment:- Coach managers and site teams to drive optimization initiatives on-site.- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability for results.
