It is worth mentioning here that I am Master in Social Science and have more than 15 years valuable and rich experience in different projects focusing on Leading, Social Mobilization Team, Team Management, Leadership and Coordination, Staff Hiring, Monitoring of Program activities and community physical infrastructure Schemes (CPI), Disaster Management, Institutional Development of Local Support Organizations(LSO) and Community Cluster Capacity Building, Technical Colleges and Institutes Capacity Building and Development, Human Resource Development, Community Development, Poverty Alleviation, Community Empowerment through sustainable livelihoods. These projects provide me an opportunity to understand the professional style of working and further more it enhances my learning about socio-economic culture of the rural areas of KPK and FATA.Currently am working as Program Officer/Manager in SRSP for Program Poverty Reduction project and previously worked as Director Technical and Vocational Trainings in Human Association for working knowledge & skills, in Nowshera KPK.
