In Swiss Group of Companies working as Deputy Director for International Business on Part time, basic role of this position is to control the overall Operations of International Business Department in already operating countries, and development of new countries.

Responsible for Commercial Business, Business Development, Contract Manufacturing, Toll Manufacturing, New Business Projects and International Business of 3 Pharmaceuticals companies and 3 Health Care Companies under umbrella of Swiss Group of Companies.

Responsible for Overall International (Export) Business and Business Development.New Business Projects and Contract Manufacturing for Swiss Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, and Swiss Health Care Pvt. Ltd.

 Reporting to Director Operations & Business Development. Responsible for management of P&L, profitable business decisions for Registration, Export, Marketing & Sales, Team Structuring, Distribution channels & new projects in Africa (East, Central, West), Francophone countries (Senegal, Ivory Coast, Mali, Mauritania, Burkina, Benin, Cameroon) Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines, Srilanka, Laos, Afghanistan & CIS countries. Identification & finalization of new products, importers/distributors, fulfillment of regulatory requirements, for new market /business development in above countries. International market visits for meeting with distributors/importers, Team (Field Force), KOL visits, Brand development activities like RTD’s, Workshop etc, training, regulatory authorities, and market research for current /new products. Liaisons with Supply chain, Production, Q.C & Finance for timely deliveries of products as per approved plan, market demand & export orders. Liaison with Regulatory department for preparation of International Product dossiers, fulfillment of queries from regulatory agencies of different countries, and follow ups for timely registration of products as per approved plan & deadline.  Previously directly controlling the International Regulatory division.  Preparation, implementation & controlling of annual Business plans for different countries by analyzing reports, sales trends, communication through email, phone & Skype. Controlling team of Regional Manager – Francophone, Business Manager – Afghanistan, Country Manager – Srilanka, Assistant Product Manager, Senior Officers Export and Logistics to look after & fulfillment of Marketing & Sales, Regulatory requirement, Promotional materials, Logistics, banks, Government offices for timely decisions regarding export matters.

Responsible for overall Operation, Business & Market Development in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, Senegal, Mali, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Gabon, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

Responsible for over all operation of company from product registration to marketing & sales of products in Myanmar.
