• Ensure worksite are HSE comply with company policies and safety standards.• Carryout daily site inspections to work area and monitor and ensure that the activitiesare being performed with the acceptable safety norms• Helping supervisors to identify the hazardous and unsafe conditions andensuring rectifications.• Closely monitor high risk activities, excavation, confined space entry gas testing andair monitoring, lifting activities, work at height, movement of abnormal loads,working near live road etc.• Ensure that monthly inspection and colour coding system available on electricalpower tools, extension cords, slings and chains, safety harness, scaffolds, ladders,fire extinguishers etc.• Maintain healthy and hygienic environment • Conduct safety inductions for employee, subcontractors and visitors prior to entering site• Strictly implement the work permit procedure prior to start any activity and monitor ifthey comply on the safety requirements started on the permit• Permit to work Preparing ,maintain and verification from work place and record all permits• Coordinate with welfare and Environmental department and address issues on site.• Prepare all required checklists daily reports, Daily Observation report and notices ofnon- compliance• Ensure that team is using proper Mandatory and Task related PPEs and All employees areaware of all incidents• Responsible to ensure that temporary chemical store facilities are meeting the requirement.• Conducting of regular toolbox training and periodic refreshment training andalso ensure that proper communication and emergency procedures are established in the site.• Fire prevention and fire protection system implementation.• Prepare daily inspection report ,weekly focus report and taking disciplinary actions againstany violations.• Report writing of any unsafe condition or unsafe act and to take precautions.
