I am an Associate Analyst at Wipro, where I work on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) profiles of various companies, assessing their impact and sustainability practices. I use my MBA in Finance and my microfinance expertise to analyze and evaluate their financial and social performance, as well as their compliance with ESG standards and regulations.Before joining Wipro, I was a finance subject matter expert for Rafiki Solution, a freelance platform for social impact projects. I contributed to multiple projects and gained valuable learning experiences. I also interned at Muthoot Microfinance, a leading microfinance institution in India, where I learned about loan structures and finance operations, and conducted field visits to remote locations. Through these experiences, I developed core competencies in customer service, computer literacy, and multi-tasking, as well as a passion for social impact and financial inclusion.
