Responsible for the operation of district cooling plant with a capacity of 130,000 TR, York YK chiller through SCADA system.Manage CMMS - MAXIMO to generate service request, review PTW documents prior to the issuance to ensure HSE compliance and obtain proper LOTO for equipment maintenance tasks.Monitor all ETS stations and ensure KPI’s of the plant are maintained as per the target requirement.

Operate and monitor the plant with wide range of total capacity from 5000 TR to 15000 TR and it's equipments through SCADA operation. Effective start-up and shut down of the plant equipments in accordance with the standard operating procedure. Monitoring all the Energy Transfer Stations on routine checks of the equipments and it's paramaters. Ensure KPI’s of the Subsystem are maintained as per the project requirement and prioritize KPI failures and rectify the faults within the timeframe.

Execute the preventive maintenance tasks on all HVAC systems within the stipulated timeframe. Perform all the corrective maintenance job requests within the prescribed timeframe. Change filters and replace any parts as they wear out.

Operate and monitor 19XR Centrifugal liquid chiller of 1250 tonand all HVAC equipments.Develop reports based on the parameters of Chiller readings, Electrical and Mechanical systems.Check and report troubles and unusual events in the plant in order to avoid any breakdowns. Ensure the calibration of thermostats and other controls. Ensure that chemical compositions in equipments are adequate at all times. Perform checks on motors and belts and handle lubrication duties.
