Aerospace Production-Test Technician
Current•Understand and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate assembly and production of maintenance sensors used in aerospace.•Using various soldering techniques, such as through-hole soldering and surface mount soldering. •Applying solder to create secure and reliable electrical connections.•Use precision tools and instruments to verify the accuracy and quality of assembled products.•Conduct inspections at different stages of the assembly process to identify defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality standards.•Prepare and set up test equipment and instrumentation for testing.•Perform functional tests on assembled sensors to ensure they meet performance requirements.•Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.•Expose the sensors to high temperatures to record their durability in a real-time environment.•Document detailed records of the production process, including assembly procedures, test results, and any modifications made.•Collaborate with engineers, quality control personnel, and other team members to address technical issues, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.•Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and specific customer requirements throughout the production process.•Calibrated machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.
