1). Prime responsibility is to Manage and implement technical civil activities like BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation, Bidding & Tender Process, Budgetَ, Quantity & Quality ensuring of civil activitiesRehabilitation of Govt Hospitals& Schools including Proper Sanitation, Mega Infrastructures, Construction of Housing Schemes, Bridges, Culverts, Hand pumps and Latrines after planning and ensuring quality of the material and interventions as per project objectives and time frame.2). Prepare cost estimation/BOQs for civil work of Health facilities and CPI schemes. 3). Ensure all construction work as per DRR- Guidelines.4). Ensure on time completion of the tasks in line with BOQs and designs.5). Prepare technical design and layout plan for physical work6). Finalization of bills and submission to finance for payment.7). Monitor the ongoing physical work on the schemes
