Accountable to assist sales team with targets/forecasts for all the Company's products. Answer politely and forward incoming phone calls. Handled incoming and outgoing telephone calls with an overall customer satisfaction. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Perform other duties requested by the superior.

Possess good communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Supporting training logistics as required and preparing the room, attendance and feedback from capturing and reporting. Work closely and effectively with the manager/ CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Organizing daily/weekly plans and preparing the agenda for the meeting. Perform other duties requested by the superior.
