-Responsible for arranging insurance cover against 25 Types of Insurance Policies, including but not limited to the following:-Group Health Insurance for more than 53,000 lives.-Group Life, All Types of Staff Loan Insurance including House loans, Transport Loans, Solar Loans, Consumer Loans & Pay Continuation Plan for more than 17,000 Employees. -Fire, Terrorism Property, Electronic Equipment (EEI), All Risk, Comprehensive Machinery Insurance (CMI), Lockers, All Types of Vehicle Insurance, Third Party Liability, Marine Insurance, Lockers Insurance & Bankers Blanket Bond.-Responsible for identify risk, assessing risk & recommending the appropriate insurance coverage to mitigate those risks.-Arranging Insurance cover of bank’s newly acquired assets during the policy year.-Raising RFQ/ RFP's of all Insurance Policies, evaluation of quotations received.-Negotiate/Ensure insurance is arranged at competitive premium rates/terms from competitive bidders.-Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies & settlement of claims within TAT.-Checking & verifying that the policy documentation issued are in line with banks requirement. -Premium Payment against all insurance policies & endorsements during the policy year. -Premium Payment of HR Agreements related to Staff and Retail Products (Bancassurance).-Supervision of claims of all policies.-Premium v/s Claims Analysis.-Handling Internal & External Audit.-Monthly Submission of Accruals in Finance.
