Current• Providing turnkey solution for central monitoring and control of all HVAC equipment’s, Chiller Plant Manager, Medical Systems, Electrical and Plumbing system.• Hands-on technical knowledge and experience in building automation and building management system (BMS).• Estimation, preparation of BOQ and procurement• Carrying out the technical review, approval, preparation, and process of all technical submittals such as drawings, materials, method statement, work procedures… Show more • Providing turnkey solution for central monitoring and control of all HVAC equipment’s, Chiller Plant Manager, Medical Systems, Electrical and Plumbing system.• Hands-on technical knowledge and experience in building automation and building management system (BMS).• Estimation, preparation of BOQ and procurement• Carrying out the technical review, approval, preparation, and process of all technical submittals such as drawings, materials, method statement, work procedures, schedules, etc. • Exposure in handling installation, operation & maintenance of sensors, actuators, HVAC equipment and other field devices.• Carrying out the supervision, execution and inspection of works carried out by the contractor in respect of the works relative to BMS field devices installations as per the approved drawings and assure proper quality is maintained • Conveying technical expertise through process analysis, control philosophy, and functional specification management.• Coordination and handling of multiple projects efficiently.• Cost control by effective utilization and management of manpower, ensuring their productivity and completing the projects on time.• PLC/DDC controller & SCADA programming, designing dashboards and reports, Testing & Commissioning of DDC panels• Correspondence and attending client meetings• Execution of Gas leakage detection system, Data Acquisition System, Blood bank Temperature monitoring System, Climatic chamber data analysis etc. Show less
