CurrentAchievements: • Headed and coached the administrative team on delivering exceptionally professional services to clients, partners, and stakeholders resulting in maximum customer satisfaction and retention rates over the years at EMIC. • Coordinated with venues, Trainers, and the management simultaneously to ensure a seamless delivery of training and coaching sessions for EMIC’s clients including NBB, Alba, Batelco, Tatweer, and BBK. • Provided ideas, support, and solutions that increased the overall productivity of the EMIC Administration Department.JDs: - Function as the pivotal point of contact and communicate with customers concerning new and established training programs and packages confirmed by stakeholders. - Administrate the EMIC Core Process; coordinate with Trainers; arrange venues, logistics, and H&S protocols. - Conduct visits to venues on the day of training to review preparations; ensure that arrangements are as per the agreed standards and learners are content with the facilities and administration of the program.- Monitor the availability of the training equipment – order materials and supplies when necessary.- Ensure an appropriate completion of assessments to support the internal verification process.- Process learners’ information and maintain the accuracy of the database.- Draft monthly learner reports for learners, stakeholders, and the training team.- Compose monthly Trainer/learner resource report for the General Manager.- Transact invoices and payments received from or sent to partner/learners.
