Recently, I worked as HR Data Governance Section Manager at stc, where I lead the design and implementation of data governance policies and procedures for the HR Group Unit. I have over 4 years of experience in managing IT solutions and delivering HR services for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the Middle East.My core competencies include IT solutions, new business development, analytical skills, and data governance, HR business functions. I hold a master's degree in business and a bachelor's degree in computer science and information systems from KSU, Riyadh. I have also published a research paper on the impact of organizational justice on Saudi organizations.
