Mainly my works concentrate on managing the relation with banks and its facilities. I am responsible to open new lines of finance for each project we have. On the other hand, my job is to find fund recourses for the group growth. Internally I established banking relation department to reorganize the banks facilities. The large amounts of agreements with the banks need to be followed carefully with our needs. Therefore this department is working hand by hand with purchase and accounting departments in order to avoid any mistakes. In the Accounting department I create new system for each transaction to reorganize the company expenses. Generally I established the department polices and procedure. Deeply I get involve into restructure the accounting work with the intention of making a financial reporting system. Since then the flow of financial information become easy and voluble. Achievements:• Creating new system of the company expenses.• Restructure the accounting system in order to get the information right.• Creating new system to follow up the banking relation.• Higher high qualified people to in complete our team.• Link Finance department with other department to improve the work efficiency.• Build new internal control system for accounting department. • Increase the internal editing for any accounting transactions.• Involving banking technology services into the company.• Open new line of investment with the bank's treasury to reduce the currency cost and risk. Generally we reorganize the policy and procedure for the HR and purchase departments. Which I split the power and responsibilities for each level of management. Lately one of the divisions of HR department becomes bigger. So I decided to split HR into 2 departments. We named the new department Facility service and government relation. This new department is taking care of anything related to employee's needs with different government institutions. As well as managing the company facilities, homing and cars services. This will give both departments the focus they need on their work. As a final point we create a good reporting system for each department. As a result of that I can get the information I need to make my decision obvious and clear.
