Collect required data and report to GIZ officer , documents, sheets andany other info.• Conduct House hold Vulnerability Assessment Framework (VAF).• Responsible for all the documentation for Beneficiaries.• Participate and support training conducted by GIZ , preparing material, collecting sheet, communicate and arrange place.• Help plan the visits for any staff example Monitoring and Evaluation team.• Support in data collection analysis, Focus Group Discussion if needed.• Reporting several aspects of the project achievement on the field, implementation of GIZ principles and any other needed reports on weeklybasis.• Other duties assigned by the direct Senior GIZ officer.• Distribute assistance for beneficiaries.

• Gather Data: Collect and compile data such as financial information, employee work hours and other facts.• Analyze Business Information: Analyze business information, such as expenses and budget trends, and look for ways to reduce costs and increase productivity by studying the data.• Prepare Reports: Record vital information regarding data security, systems information, and business information, using this information to create reports that highlight potential problems and fixes.• Quality Control: Ensuring that data is being recorded and collected properly by all personnel who frequently work with business and system data.• Research New Data Sources: Search for new ways to find and collect data by researching potential new sources of information.• Create Data Security Guidelines: Create and enforce data security guidelines to ensure that information stays protected and prevent system breach.

• Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting Orientation, maintaining records and information.• Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.• Organizes work.• Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
