 Customs clearance and delivery follow up and updating customers via status report which Is been prepared as per customer request, starting by importing the items and end in delivering it to concerns Monitoring clearance process and delivery + updating customers on the same Customer Invoice preparing.

My experience in transport have also highlight technology methods for operations added to me via using E-Trucking system for all requests, updates, invoicing and POD purpose

I was started as customers service in D/O department and handling the customers’ who’s having no adders and who’s having vehicles, Then shifted to containers controls department checking the moves of the containers in globe yard, and checking the detentions days. I worked also in import department checking the release and giving the ETA for customers including Saudi EDI manifest loading.
