As a Sr Corporate Lawyer at E-Finance, I provide legal advice and support to one of the leading fintech companies in Egypt, with a focus on contracts drafting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. I have successfully negotiated and closed multiple deals and partnerships with various stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulators, ensuring the best interests and protection of E-Finance and its clients.My passion for law and legal studies stems from my academic background, where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from English section of law cairo university, and Legal & Un translation from The American University in Cairo. I also enhanced my skills and knowledge by completing two courses in Contracts drafting and Corporate Lawyer from MBL Legal Academy, and a TOLES UNITED KINGDOM (UK) certification from RISC Legal Academy. These qualifications have enabled me to develop strong legal research, writing, and analysis skills, as well as a global perspective and a keen interest in emerging trends and challenges in the legal and fintech sectors.
