- Manage operations on all government platforms (Gosi, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem).- Preparing job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding notices.- Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly.- Coordinate with all departments with regard to Human Resources related activities.- Maintain employee-related databases.- Process employee's leave requests and update their information.- Accurately calculating wages, deductions, vacation payments, and final settlement payments. - Process and manage the company's payroll system.- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.- Maintain and update payroll records.- Handle employee queries related to payroll.- Prepare and submit payroll reports.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Coordinating face-to-face interviews for the candidates with the line managers.- Maintaining employee records, collecting and verifying information related to newly appointed employees, and following up on outstanding employee information.- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.- Complete employees' files with the required documents.- Prepare the employment contract.- Prepare the probationary periods for new joiners.
