Both voyage charter party and time chartered ships. - Full knowledge of international common charter parties ( SHELLTIME 4 & ASBATANKVOY) . Ensure all charterer parties are reviewed before the ship is fixed.- Managing alchemist fleet’s movement of 3 vessels on daily basis across Middle East Gulf, Indian Ocean, Red Sea.- Procuring bunker supplies for alchemist ships from different locations / suppliers MEG , Red sea Mediterranean …ect. - Manage demurrage deck team to ensure closing all claims in a timely manner aiming to minimize it from the supplier’s side and maximize on the buyer’s side.- Negotiating and signing company’s required insurance policies ( cargo insurance , charterer liability insurance & FD&D coverage).- Negotiating and signing terminal storage agreements in both Saudi Arabia and UAE.- Add value to the execution of deals by exercising embedded commercial and logistical options via a pro- active approach to problem solving.
