-Prepare Daily Revenue Report. -Reviewing all reports related to daily operations as following below :( refund, paid out report & late check out report & H.K discrepancy & No show , negative posting, Rebates, Complimentary,Zero rate and officer meal checks).Prepare and review Credit Cards reconciliation.-Reviewing Market segment codes ( MTD) it should be tally with Revenue report.-Check all revenues and packages includes Vat and Municipality.-Prepare monthly Vat and Municipality reports.-Reviewing Trial balance with manual posting transactions.-Reviewing all bank transfers and posting on opera system -Check city ledgers should be includes LPO and all invoices with guest signature.- weekly checking cash funds.-Daily reviewing General cashier report.- verify from summary cashier.Prepare and verify petty cash before sending to general cashier. -Check all PMs room and follow up with sales team.-Check XNPOS ( micros) revenue report must be match with opera revenue report.-Check daily discount transactions.-Check daily void report.-Prepare Daily guest ledger.-Post all JVs on sun system.
