-Monitor quality cost according to targets and analyze data to do improvement plan then follow up executions .-Plan for internal audit and conduct auditing through ISO9001:2015 standard. Also, Review, approve and maintain all documents related to QA system.-Plan and perform ILO [incoming, line &outgoing quality control] Audit through LGSS checklists. -Responsible for Part return management by give judgment, support suppliers with training and line improvement.-Data analysis using statistical process control, Pareto Chart, Histogram and cause & effect diagram.-Analyze then improve workloads and monitor Quality KPI’s according to targets.-Use SIPOC tool to gather information about process then make changes to improve and evaluate by Statistical process control with grantee of improvement sustainability by control plan then update FMEA.

-Hold daily meeting using visual management board to stress on KPI’s and solving problems.-Record time studies for processes monthly to insure sustainability and give suggestions for less process time by using new facilities or improvement of CKD and local parts. -Apply 5S criteria and kazien for continual improvement to increase the efficiency of processes.-Using MSA to insure all measurements is accurate and monthly updating technician’s skill matrix to verify higher benefits from their skills.-Problem solving using 8D then reflects on FMEA and control plans to eliminate defects in assembly processes.-Improve OEE, perform waste matrix, calculate workloads and develop error proofing processes -Participate in audit team include (SOP, FIFO, correction and corrective actions, basic quality tools, traceability procedures, drawings, flow charts, FMEA, and control plans).

 Operate the plant to achieve targets  Schedule and do preventive maintenance to facilities (pumps, RO membranes, pressure vessels, valves, reactors, pipes, filters and compressors). Problem solving using cause and effect analysis and take action plans to do countermeasures
