This included; making a project charter where we had to lay out the plans for the project and what we would deliver, a presentation where we would present our recommendations and ideas, and final report where we would put all our findings and research in detail.I learned the overview of the consulting process, as well as the level of professionalism and the way consultants are supposed to think- such as, using issue trees.
