Logistics Manager
Current• Monitoring all incoming shipment of unit sales as per the instructions of Sales Manager • To receive Shipping documents i.e. Invoices, Packing Lists, Way Bills and proceeds to clear the shipment as according to conditions established in L/C or the Foreign Purchase Order (FPO)• To ensure that all shipments are delivered to ZOOMLION’s warehouse and is off-loaded safely• To ensure that all the equipment units are checked against Arrival Arrival Inspection (AAI) and reports to After Sales In-charge and keeps file updated• Proceeds to get the VCC of Dubai RTA department• Ensures PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) is made and all shipping documents are made prior to delivery• Arranges transport to haul the shipment and delivers to final customer at described sites• Co-ordination of show room routine requisitions/supplies and controls over Security and Cleaner staff of the contractor• Commuting of the staff to Government organization for renewal of documentations etc• Delivering any emergency requirements to esteem clients on request of Sales and After Sales Departments• Arranges vehicle for any emergency demand rises• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.• Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
