Responsible for the following activities for five companies:o Tax Report (VAT – WHT – Payroll)o Preparing Yearly Financial Statements .o Tax examination (VAT – Payroll)o ETA Portal Invoicing (Product Coding - issued Invoicing) And Fix Companies Issues o Audit work assigned to several companies

o Preparing the chart of accounts using the QuickBooks programo Calculating the cost of the import consignment for productso Recording daily entries for the entire company's operationso Dealing with the electronic billing systemo Preparing financial analyses and reportso Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closeo Prepare Monthly Adjusting Entries.

o Review daily transactions to check the validity of accounting guidance.o Ensure accuracy of financial statements following GAAP and compliance with internal policieso Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.o Participate in preparing for the income tax examinationo Participation in the preparation of financial statementso Preparing some reports upon request

o Review daily transactions to check the validity of accounting guidance.o Responsible for banking transactions, including (bank balance and outgoing checks and follow-up, etc)o Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance with internal policieso draw up monthly financial reports (revenue – expenses – A/R – A/P)o Support month-end and year-end close process.

o Responsible for daily records, financial reports, payments and receivables, Invoice settlement, and collection.o Responsible for banking transactions, including (bank balance, outgoing checks, follow-up, etc).o Maintains petty casho Auditing and recording purchases vouchero Preparing Sales Receipts.o Prepare Documents to transfer money to foreign suppliers.o Secures financial information by completing database backup
