Scope of works:• Assist the Consortium in arranging meetings with the various local stakeholders, when on local visit to Bangladesh for the development of Renewable projects• Assist the Consortium with introduction and negotiation with local subcontractors, survey companies, or any other similar local work requirement• Assist the Consortium in identifying and arranging all permits and licenses required for the Renewable Project implementation• Assist the Consortium in securing the land and right of way for construction of transmission line• Assist the Consortium in securing land inside Substation premise for the purpose of bay extension construction• Assist the Consortium during the project agreement negotiations with BPDB• Assist the Consortium in carrying out business/liaison/meetings/site visits in Bangladesh

Project: 55 MW Solar Power Plant, Rangunia, Chittagong, Bangladesh Responsibilities:• Supervise and monitor the development and execution of the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up (EPC) contract and the preparation of the operation and maintenance (O&M) contract• Lead the financial close and further financial administration, collaborating with the different parties involved, namely the client, the banks and financial partners, the different government entities, and others• Ensure the issuance of the financial statements, budgets and forecasts of the SPC• Ensure that adequate funding is received in a timely manner, and is in place for all aspects of the SPC Operations• Follow up all development works to be executed before the financial closing in regards with Transmission Line land acquisition, river design protection and geotechnical and topographic surveys.• Plan and control project costs to minimize risk to the company• Develop and implement the operating financial model for the SPC• Coordinate and report on all the activities to achieve and deliver plans and strategyto the SPC Board of Directors while working closely with all relevant stakeholders under the PPA agreement• Format plans into a framework which includes dashboard and all requirements for reporting• Recruit and assist external auditors• Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations• Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships• Continuously review and update strategy and plans based on close tracking of government and industry policy changes and changing market place• Maintain high engagement levels for all employees involved in the project• Conduct regular QHSE reviews and continually improve on this front• Ensure ISO implementation and compliance
