❖ Producing different types of Gypsum boards in various chemical and physical properties and usesand monitor the process through SCADA like (flow rates, dosages preparations, temperatures and other variables) from start of the line to the end until we obtain a finished product with the required specifications and fulfilling the quality standards for production❖ Organizing shift schedules for team members, Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off.o Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills and Training new and current team members on tasks.❖ Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members and monitoring the implementation of the safe systems to maintain safe and healthy working environment.❖ Monitor the implementation of the safe systems to maintain safe and healthy working environment.❖ Follow-up and record of raw materials used in the production process in terms of quality andquantity required to achieve the required production target per shift.❖ Writing the shift report in detail including the all electrical, mechanical or production, breakdowns and stops, causes of them and the corrective actions that has been taken.❖ Ensuring that priorities, targets and standard operating procedures are managed to successful completion within the Cell structures of Production.❖ Utilizes reporting tools to ensure shift issues are effectively managed: Manufacturing Execution System, Defect Tracking System.❖ Creates effective lines of communication with Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers, and Production Managers to ensure that issues are both managed onto shift and reported off shift.
