I demonstrated exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. My role involved leading the team in designing and manufacturing a prototype vehicle for the 2024 Europe Shell Eco-marathon, guiding them through in-depth research and development to enhance their engineering capabilities. During the team's learning phase, I managed to guide theteam to use the vacuum infusion method to create the vehicle’s body and chassis from a PVC foam sandwich structure. In Egypt, we faced difficulties in obtaining composite materials, but we did not give up. Instead, I steered the team towards finding suitable alternatives, showcasing our perseverance in problem-solving.

I brought my experience from participating in DBF (Design, Build, Fly) 2022 to the forefront. My leadership there led our team to secure 6th place among 16 teams. The following year, I took on a mentorship role in DBF 2023, guiding participants to design a reliable UAV capable of executing the required mission. I contributed significantly to my team's efforts indesigning and manufacturing a composite prototype UAV using hand-lay-up manufacturing. Additionally, I guided new members through the design and manufacturing process of a UAV, aiming for participation in the AIAA DBF 2024 competition.

I undertook a dual role in the "Lean CubeSat" competition, serving both as aStructure and Simulation mentor and as a participant. My mentorship in 2022 and 2023empowered students from various universities to harness their potential in space engineering,while my own participation helped lead our team to secure 1st place in 2022. This experience notonly improve my leadership and technical skills but also showcased my ability to effectivelybalance mentoring with competitive participation.
