1. Designed an improved rocker-arm based on simple vehicle dynamics calculations to improve weight and stability of rocker-arm.2. Reduced bump steer in the front of the car by 90% using ADAMS car and MATLAB, increasing the safety and overall speed around the track.3. Redesigned, reorganized and updated 500+ mechanical components of the car in CAD.4. Redesigned car door hinges to reduce weight by more than 50%.5. Reduced production time and costs by implementing a system with all brackets nested for a single waterjet pass.6. Designed a composite mudguard system for the car to meet homologation regulations in Europe.7. Designed a new bonnet hinge system for customer ease of use.8. Reduced front splitter flex at high speeds by strengthening the frontal support.

Actively involved in event preparation and Judging for Yas in Schools events such as Formula Ethara, F1 in Schools and 4x4 in Schools.

Actively contributed to the implementation of a STEM-based curriculum used in 250+ schools and among 50k+ students. Involved with mechanical engineering design, R&D, STEM project tutorials, and video production.Designed mechanical components of an RC 4x4, in order to create systems such as an automated tow bar controlled via Bluetooth, light sensors, and tilt sensors.
