- Submitting financial reports to analyze the results of the company’s activities in financial terms and comparing them with the planes and estimated budgets and providing the senior management with the necessary suggestions and recommendations.- Considering and reviewing costs, expenses and revenues, ensuring the effectiveness of performance in them, and considering all issues that arise in this regard.- Dealing with L\C, Import licenses, matching bank accounts and dealing with bank facilities .- Auditing the accounting entries and insure their conformity with the attached invoices, approvals and signatures necessary to complete the process .- Participate in the preparation of the estimated budget and coordinate the provisions of monitoring the basic expenses and other expenses and study the deviations resulting from the actual and estimated spending.- Preparing the necessary reports for the projects that are being worked on and updating them on a daily basis.- Issuing instructions for closing accounts before the end of the year, forming the necessary committees, and preparing approvals for debt and credit balances and current bank accounts.

Account manager- Control the documents issued and received by the Accounting Department and ensure that they are correct and that they contain the necessary signatures.- Supervising the preparation if the registration vouchers and their approval before registering them in the accounting books.- Preparing monthly settlements.- Participate in the process of periodic and annual inventory of fixed assets and materials and match them to their accounts.- Supervising the preparation of trial balance and periodic financial reports, studying and analyzing them, then submitting them to the Financial Director for approval and presenting them to the higher management.- Supervising the recording of operation in accounts payable and issuing payment orders related to them at specified times.- Preparing settlement entries at the end of the financial period based on the financial manager’s instructions.- Prepared financial reports on a monthly basis.- Notify the financial manager of any violation of the financial policy or the applied financial procedures.- Providing all the information and clarifications required for the work of other departments.- Preparing the balance sheet and income statement at the end of financial periods.Cost Accountant- Calculating the cost of products and processes according to the accounting principles.- Determine fixed costs.- Planning and recording variable costs.- Review the estimated and actual costs of the company.- Cost control by comparing the costs of each period to the products.- Assistance in product pricing decision.- The completion of reports on the quantities of production produced and the amount of deviation from the specified path.

- Documenting movements, financial records, purchases and sales movement.- Verify all attached supporting paper documents such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, and payment orders.- Review of incidental expenses items and Covenant cash received on a weekly basis.- Preparing accounting books and supervising them.- Submit financial information to the concerned departments.- Entering data and information into computer systems such as bills, financial documents, entries, payment orders, and all the different accounts.- Matching receivables and payables with customers and suppliers periodically.- Preparation of accounts receivable and credit reports weekly.- Obtaining all bank account statements on a weekly basis to ensure timely preparation of settlements, reviewing the bank reconciliations report and following up on unresolved items.
