1- Evaluates the quality of the PP products, monomers, and catalyst by carrying out statistical and technical investigations on quality problems, analytical methods, and all laboratory equipment’s.2-Assists the production plant/units in trouble-shooting final products quality problems and provides technical advice and support to solve the situation.3-Responsible in informing to superiors immediately, if observed any abnormalities or non-conformance in Laboratory and associated areas.4-Responsible to ensure all laboratory equipment are within calibration, maintained and checked to provide valid and accurate measurement at all time.5-Responsible in insuring regular improvement and innovations in the environment and test activities that will provide better efficiency, proficiency, accuracy and reliability.6-Assist the Superintendent in all the quality activities, including test methods, procedures, and the quality system implementation, maintenance that will provide updates following ISO standard requirements.7-Assists in the Laboratory technicians’ training and make sure of their safety to operate equipment’s and perform tests properly.8-Prepare, maintain, and update “Equipment Calibration Schedule9-Develops new formulation or testing method to meet customer needs.10-Perform and follow-up SPC program that will insure the proper use of good equipment and instrument.11-Checking the availability of chemicals and equipment operability.12-Responsible for the maintenance of equipment, housekeeping, safety and health in the laboratory, including the safe handling of chemicals and samples.13-Assists in commissioning operations and maintenance of laboratory equipment and solving analytical problems associated with maximizing product quality. Daily checks the calibration schedule for lab equipment’s and ensures that the required calibration performed and completed.14-Adherence to all ISO standard requirements.
