Responsibilities. Ensures that CCPs ( Critical Control Points) monitoring system isimplemented and timely reported. Ensures that all food safety standards and PRPs (Pre-requisitesProgram) are implemented. Ensures employees are following all food safety and worker safetypractices. Monitors customers specifications to ensure proper weight andappearance of products produced. Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevantrecord logs and Documentation. Responsible for performing sanitation verification testing onequipment and other areas required. Reports violations to management & to issue disciplinary action
