- Quantity Surveying Civil and Architect, Mechanical and Electrical Items, and Close the project and Procurement Contract with saving amount 5 Million Riyals- Prepares material takeoffs on assigned contract, project, or program from engineering drawings, plans, and specifications- Lead West region Quantity surveyors (5 Projects) provide need support and following the progress and statue of projects- Reviews takeoffs prepared by others to check for completeness, appropriate definition, and accuracy of work done.- Provide needed support to Head office In Riyadh with tendering document and prepare B.O.Q Items.- Delivers a complete and comprehensive estimate of probable cost based on the proposed contract documents inclusive of contract terms and conditions.- Prepare Invoices & Payment for Subcontractor.- Prepare Invoices & Payment for Client.- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports For Project Progress.- Process And Prepare Of Purchasing Order and MIR.- Assist site operations and finance in reconciliation of final claims including documentation, or packaging of necessary submittals for subcontract close out.- Cooperate and follow up with finance and procurement for invoices and contract EOT and addendums.
