We felt confident giving him increasingly more challenging tasks and exposing him to other aspects of our work outside of his initial work experience brief. He is particularly adept at computers and coding. In the short time he was here, he actually made some improvements that may have seemed like a simple task to him, but that will have a profound and long-lasting effect on some of the projects we deliver.
