• Coordinate with the production & sales team & Plan to arrange the material• Prepare and review analysis report on monthly purchasing, consumption and closing stock report for financial impact on P&L• Monitor and Control Receivables and Payable balances through Ageing reports & follow up with concern departments• Also prepare SOP’s for store department from generation of Purchase requisition till receipt of Goods• Coordinate different vendor & negotiate with the price• Analyzing material of different import vendor with their price & as compare with local vendor as well• Co ordinate with import vendor & plan to arrange the import material• Directly Assist to the Director & coordinate with their Client.• Analyze the monthly purchase report, closing stock report, Consumption report.• Resolve all Queries & negotiate to all the customer & supplier from Ali baba.• Follow-up with all the matters regarding Admin Issues, accommodate to company employees, Purchasing of Spare Parts etc.• Directly assist to the Director with another Associate Company (THE BUILDING TECHNIQUES (PVT)LTD

• Manage all the staff related to timely payments.• Co-ordinate with all vendors.• Analyzing the rates of purchase orders with sales invoice.• Solve the queries of vendors regarding their payments.• Analyze inventory on weekly basis.• Analysis of landed cost sheet of Imported Material.• Solve the queries of tax department regarding sales tax, income tax.• To ensure all the laws regarding tax are implemented correctly.

• Prepare finished goods reconciliation and yield report.• Prepare all types of ledger reconciliation• Prepare monthly management accounts and submitted to management.• Simultaneously capable to handle many assignments given by Manager or CFO like forecasting, budgeting, target sales as well as survey of production departments regarding verification of Production report.
