Responsibility• Define the required positions in line with strategic plan.• Conduct job analysis for each required position, prepare job descriptions and identify core competencies required for the position. • Design Job posting and choose the most effective channel to post the vacancies.• Identify application forms and testing methods for the applicants.• Post the vacancies, search for qualified candidates, screen and make short list.Interview and select candidates. • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.• Support the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.• Coordinate interviews with the relevant managers.• Follow up developing and implementing the company policies and processes in consultation with staff and the management team, ensuring that these policies and procedures are fully communicated to all staff.• Complete monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires. Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues. • Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, & terminations.• Providing written and verbal employment verifications.• Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.• Coordinating probation period and annual performance appraisal processes.Assisting with additional projects, as assigned. • Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters, documents, and certificates as per the requirement of the employees in consultation with the management.
