- Design and implement new data loading processes based on BI team requests and business demands.- Develop, monitor, and maintains ETL processes on Oracle OCDM (Zain DW Data Model).- Understanding of the various telecom data sources (Ericsson CBIO, EMM IN, VAS, Oracle ERP, CMS, CRM and Remedy BMC, etc.) and Extracting Transforming and Loading (ETL) data available in various stages and formats using shell scripts and Oracle ODI ETL tool.- Comply with Zain data quality standards on the agreed SLAs, and monitor/improve them per ISO audits standards.- Handling the DWH Testing/QA environments though VMs.- Maintain the DW knowledge base and version control that include, ETLs codes, Data models, Schedulers, Users/Permission, Data Sources.... etc.- Monitor and optimize the performance of the DW ETLs adhering to the latest standards and benchmarks.- Plan and execute data backup and compression operations on different DW data layers.- Facilitate the data flow and quality checking for the DW main downstreams (CMS/CVM/CRM systems) by providing accurate customer profiling and traffic data on a daily/monthly basis.
