Lead the set up of new technical center to provide service to South East Asia market.Trained up to level 2 technical service and repair job of resuscitation device and ventilator.Do onsite device trouble shooting and give technical advise to third party service provider.Ensure smooth flow of testing and commissioning of new device by practicing good documentation process abide by local law and regulation.

- Give clinical support in the areas of surgical coverage,troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for Pacemaker,ICD and CRT device- Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms.- Attends unit implants in the ICL and operating room of hospital accounts and performs patient follow-up.- Develops relationships with health care professional.- Manages clinical trial activity to complete Interest Visits and Site Initiation Visits.- Educates clinical investigators on clinical trial protocols, clinical process, and investigational products and features.- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services.-Managing commercial inventory and investigational product inventory.
