Conduct the hold and witness point inspection on HVAC prior to final inspection and approval of Consultant.• Surveillance daily on site to ensure construction is progressing as per project specifications and related codes and standards. • Update the daily & weekly QC report, RFI, NCR logs, two week look ahead schedules etc.• Prepare the internal punch list following up with the execution of pending works.• Inspect the material as per submittals & installations as project specifications following with approved ITPs and drawings.• Coordinate in start-up, inspections with vendors/suppliers for the functional test and commissioning activities, raise RFIs for consultant inspection and approval.• During Testing and Commissioning coordinate with third party and attend the inspections with the consultant representative.
