I'm passionate about solving problems, and terrible at selling myself. Here's me giving it a crack:Generally, I've done big-data driven research in the domain of computational chemistry and biology. I have experience in handling and analyzing massive amounts of data (both chemical and biological) using a variety of tools, and building and deploying machine learning models to predict relevant chem-bio phenomena.Specifically, I’ve facilitated high-throughput virtual screening (molecular docking) projects in an HPC environment, performed and analyzed molecular dynamics simulations of large protein complexes, built machine learning-based Quantity-Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR) models to probe activity endpoints of small molecules, and have experience with analyzing GC/MS and LC/MS-MS data. Aside from research, I also have a passion for teaching and mentoring! I've taught Introductory Chemistry courses at both Georgia State University and Lanier Technical College.
