Current-RESPONSABLE for all administrative work of the General Manager office. -Organizing appointments and meetings of the General Manager. -Print letters and notes. --Full responsibility for the contracts and official documents of the company - follow-up secretaries of projects and the administrative work for the projects.-Responsible for all office‘s tools in all company departments.-Follow-up of entitlements of the company to the owners of the projects. --Contracts for subcontractors.-Follow-up the central camp and all facilities of the company.-Attend the periodic meetings and prepare the topics in coordination with the projects managers and the general manager.
