B- Making monthly forecast of all sales process ( Profits margins, Expansion of customer base , commissions , Discount) 4- Management of Collections process depends on daily cash Collections. 5- Making customers & Items lists which includes sales discount and sales cost per each items. and weekly updates it which can accelerating the sales process.6- Management of Sales Analysis and monthly profits ( Growth & Net ) 8- Monthly planing of Targets , Profits, Salaries , Cost. 9- Quality control Management ( SOP ) Which includes Temperature Mapping of storage ,delivery and receiving of the Medications.
