- Training and supervising new commers.- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.- Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company.- Act as a front-line interface with customers of the company.- Answering and responding to customer inquiries.- Research required information using available resources.- Handle and resolve customer complaints.- Provide customers with product and service information.- Process orders, forms and applications.- Identify and escalate priority issues.- Route calls to appropriate resource.- Follow up customer calls where necessary.- Complete call logs & reports.
