Main Responsibilities:• Evaluating proposals, studying project scope, and providing estimates for cost, time, and resource allocation to facilitate in bidding process.• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration and progression of project deliverables.• Providing planning and cost control support, including variation reporting and milestone progress monitoring.• Preparation of "Advanced Work Packaging Plans", utilizing WBS for the preparation of Engineering Work Packs, Construction Work Packs, and Installation Work Packs, and defining individual work pack boundaries.• Formulating project schedules and estimating manhours while applying proficient work sequencing strategies.• Preparation of Construction Management Plans and Phasing / Sequencing Strategies.• Preparation of Terms of Reference for Constructability Review, Modularization Review, Tie-ins & Shutdown Review, and Material Handling Review Workshops.• Preparation and planning for Constructability Workshops and ensuring the integration of workshop outcome into overall plant layout, equipment design and specifications, and FEED / EPC SOW.• Study and evaluation of piping, civil/ structural, electrical, and I&C modifications in relation to its constructability.• Close coordination with project teams to identify potential design and construction conflicts, and evaluating project plans to streamline construction processes, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.• Preparation of high-level transportation plans, onshore & offshore rigging plans, lift over and float over plans.• Commissioning support including identification of all sub-systems, systems, utilities, and system boundaries.• Preparation of piping tie-in execution methodologies, feasibility reports, and tie-in packages. Including isolation, shutdown, and hot taping requirements, sequence of activities, and tie-in execution durations.• Preparation of Scope of Work documents for FEED, Early Works, and EPC projects.
