Worked as project engineer in Manfoha STP plant treating 200,000 m3/d sewage water, it’s the only plant using new technology of ICEAS SBRs treatment by Xylem Company. After 4 months I worked as acting operation manger for 1 year controlling all operation process in the plant. Moved to work at Al Kharj STP project with a capacity of 200,000 m3/d using conventional SBR as process & project engineer responsible of test & commissions phase and operating the plant.1- Manfoha Phase 4 STP plant (Riyadh) 2- Heet 3 Al Kharj STP plant (Al Kharj & Riyadh):- Maintained data collection equipment prior to and during developmental and operational test exercises.- Performing & inspecting the test & commissioning for the stream equipments - Managing the effluent quality parameter within the contractual range.- Ensuring the equipments validation is completed according to contract and test & acceptance reports are been delivered- Ensuring the effluent proving period is been performed according to contract.- Engage and manage the client and consultant daily reports for operations & stream production & lab tests results. - controlling and maintaining the daily inlet flow to the STP at steady-state continues flow by achieving target daily flow of 200,000 m3/day.- Conducting and analyzing tests and monitoring the process performance throughout the plant production.- Engage and manage with (Process system designer for MSTP plant) in order to solve the problems and enhance process performance.- Scheduling manpower for daily operation process to maintain steady-state conditions.- Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards. - Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the project- Providing the project manager with process documents and standard operating procedures.- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
