• Managed the annual cluster recruitment plan, communicating with all departments to discuss criticality vacancies, directing to raise the hiring request including the requirements competency and skills of a candidate based on a vacant position.• Build the talent pipelines Containing the basic details such as contact information, education, Degree, employer, and years of experience.• Carted and shared a job opportunity ad in sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, and Searching for qualified candidates through a LinkedIn recruiter or our database.• Screening candidate's qualifications and experience to ensure they are qualified for the job and create a shortlist to share with the departments.• Contact the final recommended candidate during the onboarding process, such as the medical check stage, gathering documents, confirming the joining date, and keeping in touch through these stages.• Coordination with other departments to ensure all necessary new employee needs are ready, including Office, PC, Uniform, and ID Card, Prepare the contract and all forms on the first day of the candidates, such as the joining form, Disclosure Agreement, etc.• Presentation the Orientation program and guide the new employee to his supervisor and department.• Sharing new employee documents with the Human Capital team, payroll, medical insurance, and GOSI.• Follow up with new employees during the probation period and provide support to ensure employee success.• Created many reports, including full dilates about the recruitment in the cluster, the uses of KPIs, and crate dashboard to show the progress in the hiring process.
